It was Fall of 2011 and my second marriage was imploding. He was so angry and unhappy, and we rarely had sex. When I pushed him about it, he told me to get a boyfriend.

Hydrating Healthy Sports Drink



Ingredients

¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup lime juice
Teaspoon salt
Juice from an entire orange
Liter of water or coconut water
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients and enjoy. It is really that simple.

Americans love coffee, and each sip of it may be lowering risk of early death for the 54 percent of adults who drink it every day. In a new study, researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health studied the benefits of both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, and found both conferred a lower risk of dying from the leading causes of death in the United States.


 "This study provides further evidence that moderate consumption of coffee may confer health benefits in terms of reducing premature death due to several diseases," the study’s senior author Frank Hu, a nutrition and epidemiology professor at Harvard, said in a press release. "These data support the 2015 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Report that concluded that 'moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy dietary pattern.'"

Have you ever tried calling all over town to book a massage, and no one is answering their phones? Is it impossible to get a call back? You'd be tempted to believe that all massage therapists are complete flakes, right? Well, maybe, but the truth may be a bit more complex.

First, you have to understand the nature of the business you are attempting to contact. Most people who do not get regular massage, may become very frustrated at the seeming lack of professionalism. Massage Therapists work in several different establishments, and where they are located may dictate how responsive they are to your calls.

1. Salon / Day Spa: Spas usually have multiple professionals like hairdressers, nail techs, and massage therapists that work in the location. Due to this, they will usually have a receptionist to answer the telephone. Massage Therapists may or may not be on staff, so you may not be able to secure an immediate appointment, because therapists tend to work by appointment only.

Before the Appointment When scheduling your massage appointment it can be tempting to place it right after another activity, but this will make you feel rushed. When you are in a rush, it will take much longer to relax and be receptive to the massage session. You will want to schedule your time so that you can arrive in a relaxed state, and not be in a hurry. You will also not want to eat right before your massage, so that your body is not processing food during the session. Also make sure that you are drinking plenty of fluids.
